Mwatayo Kashimiri
Born in 1949 in Mtwara in the southern part of Tanzania and belongs to the Makonde tribe. He lives now in Kibaha District outside Dar es Salaam with his family and have three daughters and three sons. The art of carving he learned from Nyakenya. Motives are often Shetani. He had exhibition in Denmark.
