Aggrey Mwasha
Aggrey Mwasha is born in 1969 at Kilimanjaro Region. He started to paint when he was ten. He used colours which he extracted from different plants. He won the first price in the World Food Day drawing competition organized by FAO. He participated in exhibition in Artpurha in Finland. He participated in different workshops, one of them with Dutch artist Mrs. Els Waigers in 2002. Now he is manager of Wasanii Art Centre, open space gallery supported by American and Italian Embassy and run by artists themselves
